Hello @cupcake88 how have things been since you last posted?
It's clear both you and your partner care very much about each other, that's a really positive thing to focus on.
As chiarieds says, I'm sure your partner's work can hopefully understand, and they might well be looking at how they can help out. There's no need to blame yourself for something that might never come to pass.0 -
Yes his work has been very understanding so far his boss always has been nice bout the situation. And has allowed him to come home when needed so he couldn’t have a nicer manager . It’s just a worry because that’s our only income I get my pip that helps a lot but I have a review coming up in two months at some point I haven’t heard from them yet but it’s also a worry I could
loose my pip .I’m also still not in a good way trying to battle my thoughts in my head . I’m just so worried I’ll end up in hospital for my wedding and that would just crush me .0 -
I’m not coping well friends please help . There are horned creatures in my garden .0

Hi @cupcake88
Im sorry this is happening again.
If your partner isn’t with you just now you should reach out to the crisis pad, or just ring 999 for some help.
I hope things can settle down for you.
Take care ❤️0 -
He’s due back at quarter to 12 x0

Last time I called a ambulance they didn’t think I was in need of one which really hurt so they didn’t send one . X0

I I could just take a taxi but not while all these creatures are in my garden .0

Hi @cupcake88
Thank you again for getting back to us.
Did the crisis team given an indication of how long it would take them to call you back? Hopefully they don't take too long, but in the meantime please ensure you stay safe, and give your dog plenty of cuddles. What is his name?
Just to reiterate as well, if you do feel as though you might act on those thoughts, please contact 999 to get some urgent support. You could also consider contacting your partner to see if he can come home and be there with you, if you feel as though the next few hours until he returns are going to be challenging.
There is also Samaritans if you want to have a chat with somebody over the phone, you can get in touch with them on 116 123.0 -

I’m so distressed my friends0
-
Hi @cupcake - please don't listen to the voices you hear; fight them....they seem very real, but are not. Can you sing out loud to drown them out? Stroke your dog & talk to him. Can you ring your partner & ask for him to come home early? I'm so sorry for your enormous distress. I will remain on the community until your partner gets home. As above, if it's just too much, ring 999 & ask for help.I can't imagine what you're going through, but all your friends are here for you. Keep messaging on here, or ring for help. Sending you so much love, well wishes & prayers, xx0

Hi @cupcake88
As chiarieds suggested try doing something to take your mind off it, take a nice bath and put some music on to drown out the voices.
If it doesn’t help just phone 999.
We all care about you so much.
