    Hi every one just a quick update I have been feeling much better now the new meds are starting to get into my system I seem to be doing well I haven’t been calling crisis that shows I have been doing well .

    Hi every one how you all doing . I. Get married next week yay that’s what’s been keeping me going I still have it in the back of my mind that my team might section me for fun so my wedding doesn’t go ahead I do think my community team is against me x

    Hi @cupcake88 - I'm sure absolutely nothing will stop you from getting married! It's so lovely to hear from you, & that your wedding day is nearly here.
    I've been busy in the garden, or rather almost the lack of one. I'm getting new decking, & my son has been taking my old one down for me.

    Hi every one just to give you all a quick update I got married a few weeks ago it was a lovely day . 
    This week how ever I have been really struggling to keep my self safe . I have been on the phone trying to get hold of my community team there no good as usual I have reported them to pals . I have been on the phone to crisis all week they have been no good either I’m feeling so un well x

    Hi every one it feels like ages since I posted I have some good news I made a formal complaint against my community team . Which lead to me getting a new nurse and a new care plan . Hope your all well xx
