Hi cupcake
Sorry your not feeling great today, you should try going for a walk with your wee dog, stops you sitting overthinking everything.
Hopefully not to long till your meds are sorted, and you’ll soon be feeling better.
Stay strong ❤️0 -
Hi Lou I have been walking my dog and went for a walk on my own the voices are still really bad I don’t know what to do the voices
are telling me (Removed by moderator). X0 -
I've sent you a private message and email @cupcake88, so please keep an eye out for those. I'm sorry things are still so tough for you, and that you're feeling so let down.0

Hi cupcake
Sorry the voices aren’t going away.
You should either phone your community team for support, but if it’s to bad just phone 999.
❤️❤️0 -
I just called 999 and there gonna arrange for some one to call me before they send out a ambulance shows how much they care . And community team just called me and suggested
I colour in my colouring books so they were no help . I’m feeling trapped like there’s no help x0 -
So I got a call back from the ambulance and he’s going to call the crisis team see if they can do any thing to avoid me from going into hospital and waiting around . He’s gonna call me back I’ll keep you all updated x0
-
Oh good cupcake hopefully they can do something for you.
Keep yourself safe ❤️0 -
