I recently applied for P.I.P, i've had my telephone assessment and i asked for a copy of the report that i have now received, she hasn't given me review date but ticked where it says Based on the available evidence, i consider there to be no requirement to arrange a review of this claim as significant change is unlikely, does this mean i won't get awarded P.I.P, kind regards

That part of the report could state that, whether there's an award or not. What you need to do with the report is have a look at the dots next to the activities/descriptors. Use the PIP self test and transfer the dots from the report into the self test so you're copying in like for like. For example if a dot is next to descriptor A then this would be zero points recommended. At the end of the test it will tell you what points are recommended.
They mostly go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it. Tinmescales for decisions 2-12 weeks.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

As Poppy said, some do and some don’t. It can mean an ongoing award or no award at all but it completely depends on points recommended etc. If you want to know what points have been recommended then use that link she has provided.

Hopefully you’ll get your decision letter soon to put your mind at ease.

    Good morning @Ange1970
Do have a look at the link that poppy has suggested. If at the end of the day the decision maker has decided not to award you PIP you can challenge the PIP decison by requesting a mandatory  reconsideration.  This has to be done within 1 month of the date of the DWP's decision letter and there is a long stop date of  13 months after which no appeals are allowed.  Within this time frame late appeals are allowed provided a reason is given why the appeal is being made late.

I do hope that you have good news soon but we are here to support you through the appeal process if you need us.  As a community member do have a look around the forum and  you can find all the latest conversations in our recent discussions category with discussions on a wide range of  topics in our categories page, and you can meet and chat with other members over in our virtual coffee lounge too.

This is an old thread of over 1 year old so you may not get a response from the member because they haven't been active since then.

The ticks and dots can be in any box from A upwards. A would indication zero points for that activity. I responded on your thread earlier today did you see my comment? Your thread is here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/108107/hey-everybody-hope-u-can-help-me#latest
