I have requested a scope forum mod to remove all reference to that number from your post and all posts that have your post quoted (including mine). I do not want someone seeing that number then thinking it is to do with PIP and the DWP then getting into trouble.0

Good thinking đđđđ well done x0

I have just rang up for an update and was unfortunately greeted by a woman pre programmed to be as robotic as possible. She said a letter has gone out 2 days ago with result and she can't tell me what it is, but if I disagree with it I can contest it again, I said judging by your comment it doesn't look like I've got it then does it, and she said she couldn't tell me,,, why are they not allowed to say, or am I missing the point, all I want to know is have I got to take it to tribuneral,, any advice pls,, I think I know what the answer is already, but I guess I'm looking for a glimmer of justice and hope over here đ0
-
I also said I requested for the dm to ring me before they made their mind up, she said it just went on the dm on the day whether they would or not,, unfair or what đ0
-
They won't always tell you what the decision is over the phone. As i advised in a previous comment, a DM won't always ring, if they have no questions to ask then they don't ring. I know you requested that someone ring you but this doesn't always happen. You don't know if the person you ask to put that on your file even did what you asked them to do.You can proceed to Tribunal if you're not happy with the decision.0

OK thank you poppy, I'm just rattled, and looking back been too soft. When I was on phone the girl taking down notes for phone MR said,, so when you stand on your knee it hurts,, I said pls may I correct you I don't stand on my knee, and she said o I yeah,, I also told her I had sent a letter in supporting my evidence, so God knows if that's been even looked at, o well, as usual been too soft and trusting in people, and been let down, never mind. Lesson learnt.Â0

The most likely outcome of any MR will be the decision remains the same because only 23% of them change at that stage.I never recommend anyone to ring to request it, i always advise people to put it in writing. I know you said you then sent the letter but they don't have to wait for that letter they can make another decision at anytime. There's about a 70% chance of success at Tribunal stage, providing you don't request a paper hearing. The only downside is that it can take several months.0

OK thank you poppy, I think my anxiety levels need a bit of a break, I might get Xmas over, recharge my batteries, and commence battle, am I OK for time, how long am I allowed to wait until I request tribuneral plsÂ0
-
If the worst happens and the MR decision hasnât changed then you have 1 month to request the Tribunal.ÂWith good reason you actually have 13 months in total but youâll need to give your reason why you didnât request it within the first month. They rarely refusal a late appeal request anyway.Â0

I see, thank you poppy, may I wish all of you a lovely Xmas, I'm going to recharge my batteries and try not to think about pip,, thank you everyone that has helped xxxx0

@BranwenMĂ´n aww thank you,, do u know I really could of done with the help, but I'm living I'm breathing and I just think there are thousands worse off, I was watching a young lad walking by yesterday, he was very physically disabled, just about walked, and he was gettin on with it, then I saw a really old man having a picnic by himself in the park, he was obviously waiting to speak to people, that was sad, I couldn't stop as I saw him when I drove past. Life is very precious, and we should all stop and breathe and absorb what we have, although hard at times, we are still alive đ,Â5

I have read all the messages on here and just wanted to say,
Wishing you all the best and donât apply for tribunal alone
please get professional (free) advice from a representative from welfare rights or a local disability charity with benefits caseworker
or look on advicenow website for local charities or organisations who can help with it for your best chance of winning đ¤đ˝
have a lovely Christmas break hopefully đ0 -
@Ollyoyster
