Pip MR anyone waiting 🤔

I can't tell you if there's anything you missed out sending because i don't know anything about your case. Do be aware that the Tribunal will not take into consideration any worsening of condition.0

OK, thank you as always poppy, I guess it's just another waiting game, do you know on average how long I'll be waiting to hear pls?0
-
You're welcome. Potentially several months, as a guide.

Just to keep up with time scales, I have received an email today from tribuneral saying that dwp have responded, so now I have to wait for date, which they have pointed out could be several months.....0
-
Received a letter today and message via online acc ref tribuneral,, the courts said I should have received a letter off dwp about tribuneral,, I haven't,, is this one of their games, can I ring up and ask where it?0
-
Don't forget post will take lot longer from dwp than the Court they will no doubt be preparing your bundle of documents which could take some time. I would give it more time tbh0
-
If they only responded just a couple of days ago then you need to wait a little longer to receive it in the post. I don't think it has anything to do with any "games" you think are being played by DWP. It's likely to be just the delays with the post.

OK thank you for the advice,, much appreciated. I will sit tight and wait ☺️0
-
How are you feeling at the moment about everything @Ollyoyster? I appreciate how difficult waiting can be.
Please feel free to let us know how it goes and if we can do anything else to support you with this0 -
Arrr thankyou, your really kind,,, tbh I am really worried about going to tribuneral, but I feel I am justified going, this cold has made me so sore, as I keep on saying I know there are lots worse off than me, but I am not a moaner, I feel justified in standing up to my rights xxx0

Just an update, my bundle has arrived, there seems to be parts missing in the reasons why I was declined pip, on the hp report,??0
-
Hi all, just a quick question or advice pls,, I have now been recommended that I ask for amthrothriptoline, for nerve pain due to late stages of oa for knee,,, question is has anyone had it and because this has been added to my list of meds after pip rejection, as I'm waiting for tribuneral hearing now, do I add it as new evidence or not?? Thanks in advance x0
-
Sorry what I mean to ask is, will this be discounted at tribuneral as it was not in pip claim? I had never heard of it the amitriptaline drug, it is my physio recommendation due to the pain at night now, 😥0
-
Any changes in your condition since the original decision are discounted for the tribunal. The tribunal is to determine whether or not the DWP decision was correct at the time it was taken.
Regarding your post on January 25 about missing information in the bundle you should tell HMCTS that there is information missing.0 -
Many thanks ☺️,, yes I thort as much, unfortunately my condition is getting worse, I really am fed up 😒,,, god knows what I'm going to be like in 5 years, dread to think,, but as long as we are breathing ✌️0

@Ollyoyster hiGood morning
Sore your comment about amitriptyline and what your physiotherapist said..I allso take amitriptyline and my physiotherapyist said that to ... Also I was recommended naproxen..I do hope the amitriptyline work for you,I take them at night as they make me so sleepy and heavy headed...just take one first and see how you feel mate🙏😊1 -
I had a pip application put in feb last year, many changes meant I didn’t get an assessment until almost October. They gave me 0 points at all but felt they took absolutely nothing into consideration so immediately asked for MR. It took over 8 weeks, and today I’ve been called told I will get the LR backdated to feb last year and then the MR added to it from sept last year backdated. They said that they had contacted my GP which echoed what I had said hadn’t been took into consideration, and I also offered to send them my consultants letters but they said it wasn’t required.I called PIP regularly and gave them any update I felt relevant during the MR process; a change to medication etc.
Its a huge relief after such a stressful 12 months that one thing has been lifted now, I wish you all well on your MR journeys xx1 -

Amitriptyline 50mg at night which also helps me a huge amount with being able to sleep and have been taking it for a few years now. We are all different and some people can't take certain medications because of the side effects and could also interact with any other medications they may already be taking.1 -

Apologies,
Wasn't meant to sound like others saying it as I am no doctor of course.. just friendly advice and on how it affects me.. of course is different for everyone.. when they are on that particular medication..1
