Oh no @Tina12. It sounds like you are having a really difficult time at the moment, with being in a queue for so long and being sick at the moment.

You are doing so well trying to think positively though. Christmas does, indeed, always come around too quickly - I hope you enjoy Christmas  :)

Well I rang them again as I still haven't heard anything and of course put me in a queue again got through and then she just took some details and put me in another queue so I said I've had enough of this and then she said oh apparently a letter was sent out to you on the 12th so why haven't I received it then  she said maybe it's to do with the strike yes I know there's a strike on but the 12th and now still haven't received it that's ridiculous.. that's 10 days now ... Can't even get through on the proper line because there's always a queue you is anyone else having this problem.. I'm so fed up right now 🤕🤦

With all the RM strikes it's definitely the reason why you haven't received the letter. There were 2 days last week on 14th and 15th for strikes and also 23rd and 24th December. Those strikes on top of all the Christmas extra post causes delays. It's not DWPs fault that the letter hasn't yet been received.
I'm still waiting for a card from a friend that sent it more than 2 weeks ago.
Once you receive the letter you can request the Tribunal if you want to proceed with that. Even if the decision was made more than 1 month ago by the time you receive the letter because you have 13 months to request it, with good reason why you didn't within the first month.

Hi all, hope everyone good and had good Xmas, well it finally got delivered, on my birthday!! My MR decission remains the same. The reason is that they agree with the points I have been given, but,,,, they think for me to qualify I should be out of breath when walking 😳what an absolute joke,,, no reasoning behind it, there was no comments raised on my MH, I think they just wanted to fob me off and go home for Xmas,, absolutely disgusting 😕,, so I am going to tribuneral x

It's perfectly normal for the MR decision not to change and for it to be a copy and paste of the original decision.

Hi poppy.  It wasn't exactly a copy and paste, literally said they agree the points I have been given are correct and to qualify for more, ergo get pip I need to be out of breath when walking,,, I don't walk fast or far to get out of breath it's too painful, an literally no mention of my MH,  just feel like they never even looked properly, again 😳

Well at least they looked at the decision again, rather than it being just a copy and paste. I know it's frustating but you now need to move on and concentrate on the Tribunal.

DWP often fail to reply within the timescale and may be given extra time. If necessary tribunal will continue without reply from DWP.
When DWP do reply I will receive a copy of their reply which will include all the information related to your claim You should check that everything you have previously supplied is included in that bundle.

Sorry about that - if I got copies of all the DWP appeal responses I'd need a very large letterbox!

Hi, went for my physio again today,, I have been bad last couple days, anyway cut a long story short, physio has said she's referring me to orthopedics  as she thinks even tho I am too young for a new knee, she said something needs to be done,,, so question is, I have just submitted for a tribuneral,,, it says to attach evidence,  I have submitted this new information as well as statements from partner and x Ray results,,, is there anything else I need or have missed out???
