thank you for that . I’ll screenshot it so I can look back at it as is needed. Where does possible legal action come into play though ? If it’s challenged in court , if it’s needed, would that be before or after the last stage ?

Oh thank you! Very much! It's actually tomorrow but by then I'll have got over any shocks to come, hopefully x

As a child I ate all the Christmas tree chocolates one year and wrapped the foil back up and tried to claim innocence I Also ate my entire selection box from Santa except a mars bar and opal fruits and tried to convince my family That's how and all that arrived 😂😂
welcome Peter and Jacob to the community.

Quite before Labour were in power they highlighted this when addressing tories all the things you mentioned.

This is a wonderful post full of reassuring information. I feel better knowing that this is a long process where arguments will be fought and heard.
Sounds like today's paper is like a wishlist in reverse for Santa with all the punishments Kendall wants handed out.

OMG

It's also to do with pushing up Pension age here they account for half and so the government debunked from reports that rises were mostly older people with complex health issue that would have been retired.

Well I've just spent 47 mins on hold to pip which I thought was not bad lol. I told them that my husbands review had been sent in on the 21st January received on the 22nd January. I asked them if I could send in further evidence and said that's fine. I also asked them how long reviews are taking and she said all reviews have been put on hold because of the amount of new claims. My husband as until aug 25 and she said if we haven't heard anything by then 4 weeks prior he will get a letter to extend his award for 12 months. That happened to me 2 weeks later I got my decision but come later this year the process for me will start all over again because my review is Nov 26. I'll be 62 then but the way things are going I don't think I will bother with mine it's just to much stress I will just concentrate on my hubby's.

My mom used to put them under tree night before and I'd spend half the night handling them and shaking them to see if I could work out what they were till gone 2am.
I never though of opening them and wrapping them back up 🎉

@luvpink I should lock them out of the room when doing it but they'd screech their wotsits off. It is like a comedy of errors as have to lift mattress corners leaning it against my body so can get sheet on at corners with only right hand, can't tell you how many times I've cricked my neck. And bed is really low 13" so mutts can just climb on it rather than jumping everywhere and damagjng their legs. Rod for own back comes to mind but wouldn't change them for the world !

just how exactly am I supposed to work when I’m in 11 different medications a day ranging from antidepressants-antipsychotics- benzo’s- sleeping tablets- and anxiety medications and pain meds. How? What do they expect me to do? When I take my meds in morning I cannot handle machinery, (couldn’t anyway due to pain and the risk of harm) … it knocks me off my feet. Am I supposed to ask my employer for a 1/2 hour break morning and afternoon after I’ve taken 2/3 of my daily doses. It makes NO sense! 😩😭
