Like others not slept all night.

then its like Kendall herself decided on an extra special gift.

they finally got back to my brother in regards to ESA/UC Migration and the complex setup,

this is 100% the truth, 1st him hearing me still waiting would not trigger COC then the lady went to check yes it would, FOUR Team leaders later "sorry we have to give you an extension

we have no idea, DO NOT PROCEED WITH UC MIGRATION. Because the setup for me and my brother was created over 20 years ago the "system" doesnt not have an answer to it

they have had other siblings in the same situation but normally the Full HB is paid to one not split. The team leader openly told my brother they are buckling under the pressure the way this works, HMRC/local HB/UC work together to migrate someone over.

when there's a complex issue its taking 7 -10 days to hear back from one of these depts

They dare go on TV laughing and acting so smug. No Reeves decided the 2029 final date was not acceptable to just herding everyone over via migration is working so well.

Add into the mix whatever they have planned next. Dear Lord.

Finally got a prescription sorted which I've been trying to get done since the 7th. The pharmacist had to ring me personally to check what it was (despite it being a repeat of one I've had for a decade).

If even jobs such as this take so long, it's no wonder the system is in the state it is. Nothing whatsoever to do with 'scroungers'.

thank you for that . I’ll screenshot it so I can look back at it as is needed. Where does possible legal action come into play though ? If it’s challenged in court , if it’s needed, would that be before or after the last stage ?

This is a wonderful post full of reassuring information. I feel better knowing that this is a long process where arguments will be fought and heard.

Sounds like today's paper is like a wishlist in reverse for Santa with all the punishments Kendall wants handed out.

Well I've just spent 47 mins on hold to pip which I thought was not bad lol. I told them that my husbands review had been sent in on the 21st January received on the 22nd January. I asked them if I could send in further evidence and said that's fine. I also asked them how long reviews are taking and she said all reviews have been put on hold because of the amount of new claims. My husband as until aug 25 and she said if we haven't heard anything by then 4 weeks prior he will get a letter to extend his award for 12 months. That happened to me 2 weeks later I got my decision but come later this year the process for me will start all over again because my review is Nov 26. I'll be 62 then but the way things are going I don't think I will bother with mine it's just to much stress I will just concentrate on my hubby's.

@luvpink I should lock them out of the room when doing it but they'd screech their wotsits off. It is like a comedy of errors as have to lift mattress corners leaning it against my body so can get sheet on at corners with only right hand, can't tell you how many times I've cricked my neck. And bed is really low 13" so mutts can just climb on it rather than jumping everywhere and damagjng their legs. Rod for own back comes to mind but wouldn't change them for the world !

just how exactly am I supposed to work when I’m in 11 different medications a day ranging from antidepressants-antipsychotics- benzo’s- sleeping tablets- and anxiety medications and pain meds. How? What do they expect me to do? When I take my meds in morning I cannot handle machinery, (couldn’t anyway due to pain and the risk of harm) … it knocks me off my feet. Am I supposed to ask my employer for a 1/2 hour break morning and afternoon after I’ve taken 2/3 of my daily doses. It makes NO sense! 😩😭
