    Finally got around to phoning up my cmht asking for an appointment. Turns out my psychiatrist had been off for 2 months in October but they didn't think to make me a new appointment after that one being cancelled at the last minute.. I hate how I have to chase things. I literally got out of the mental health hospital in November and saw a new dr in Dec who said I would have a 2 month follow up but never heard back... its like they want me to be admitted again. The psychiatrist at the hospital was assured by my cmht that I would have regular support. Yeah fat chance of that.

    But anyway receptionist has emailed my Psychiatrist's secretary about seeing if there are any appointments available. Not like i haven't seen him face to face since last March, it's either been on phone or video for the past year despite me telling them I hate both of those and need to be face to face so I can actually talk about things.

    I'm so jealous I don't even risk going to shops after 3 o'clock in the afternoon the sea so relaxing enjoy.

    Ah yea my mum calls them brokers ??? She hates it even going to supermarkets takea ages my mum lives in a village with one church one nursery and that's it in Somerset

    We call them Emmets

    It gets so bad here we can't even get a seat in our local pub.

    The supermarket shelves get emptied and the traffic gets gridlocked.

    We have to endure it from April till the end of October.

    The downside of living by the sea. I live on the south east coast and it's horrible during peak season. Always get told "the seaside relies on tourism" yeah maybe if they respect the locals and not park whether they feel like and block people's driveways etc. I dread the summer every year.

    A lot of them are so rude and arrogant.

    They act like they own the place.

    They assume we would not survive without tourism but its not true because tourism amounts to around 12.7%

    They have little respect for us living here.
