According to The Sun ( I know it’s not to be trusted) Labour back benchers are rebelling as they know they’ll be losing their seats anyway and they want to leave with a clear conscience. According to the article more want to put their name to the letter but don’t want to look like it’s for attention and just want to vote it down in the day

I can’t believe she didn’t know of his evil side . Imagine facing colleagues if she still at NHS . I’d be embarrassed by the fact he’s purposely harming the elderly and disabled let alone everything else . Watch Dan Wootton on YouTube.

I’ve read on other sites of medical staff asking prying questions too . Similar to a pip assessment.

Like I was saying , just not been thought through in the slightest , even though I was scared I always thought there would need to be some amendments, as what they are saying isn't logical and is simply dangerous

I don’t think anything they do is thought through unless they plan to be this incompetent

Hi, hope this helps a bit, I too spoke to DWP a bit ago and they told me same thing, not enough staff to reassess people and only in very limited situations as below.
Yes, the DWP is reassessing for LCWRA (Limited Capability for Work Related Activity) in certain circumstances, but the vast majority of existing LCWRA claimants will not be reassessed. Specifically, the DWP plans to abolish the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) for most existing claimants and only reassess in limited situations, such as when a claimant reports a change in their health condition or if they were awarded LCWRA for a short-term prognosis, like cancer treatment.

When were you told this please?

I rang them last month on an unrelated issue and asked them about LCWRA reassessments too. They said I shouldn't worry about it unless my circumstances change and are only doing them if your illness improves, youv'e had cancer and are getting better, you were pregnant (don't think I was!!). Also they mentioned not enough staff anyway to do all LCWRA claims because they don't have the staff. It's mostly Liz Kendall and the government trying to scare us again with untrue statements and propaganda to demoralise us.
If your still unsure or worried, which I was too, please don't be afraid to ring UC and put your mind at ease, they were helpful to myself and surprisingly polite and quite freindly.

DWP Decision Makers should have no role in WCA and PIP assessments and their outcomes.
They've ZERO medical expertise, as most of them haven't even got their GSCE, yet they're allowed to mess with the health reports of health assessors. They review assessment reports and make a final determination about eligibility. In result, nearly 70% of decisions appealed to tribunals are overturned in favor of the claimants, and this is mainly due to the fact that decision makers have disagreed with the assessor's recommendations, and thus have awarded a different rate or denied it altogether, even though they've ZERO medical skills.
Problem: Health assessors do not directly award points. Instead, they conduct a clinical assessment and provide a report to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The DWP damn decision maker then uses this report and decides the final award and rates.
Solution: Health assessors should be the only ones in charge of deciding the final award and rates. Decision makers, on the other hand, should be asked to go get real jobs.2 -
