The person just has to call the ESA number and ask the question to ESA and they will confirm that if youre in the support group you do not have to go into the JC, and then ESA should contact the work coach and tell the work coach as well.

I have same . Last form I wrote I need prompting plus help cutting food . I got 2 points . Same situation in other questions . I can now see how I was deliberately steered towards 2 point questions and this was two years ago . The assessor increased my award so I was advised not to appeal the discrepancy but now it makes me wonder if this was always in the pipeline

I recently migrated over and didn’t have the required ID. They gave me a JC interview but I left a message in my journal and asked for a phone ID appointment and they were fine with that .

The government is copying the experience of Ukraine and Russia. In Russia, carers for disabled relatives are paid from £10 to £200 a month, in Ukraine - £1 or nothing! However, in Ukraine, the carers gets a good bonus - the carer will not be taken to war!

They will say can be helped with medication and doctors support I hate them for this is the worst ever humanity has gone it's normal to see tents and people sleeping in doorways this is not a new thing and them saying being homeless is illegal well less help as its OK to be homeless all the letters campaigning proof they have that this will be catastrophic ministers will pressure them into submission now it's thinking of ways to survive I prey that I'm wrong and the mps will do the right thing but you can imagine the ministers creeping around them offering the world I'm meant homeless isn't illegal

I think as it stands vagrancy is against the law but parts of the law were scrapped giving police powers to move people on . According to what I’ve read Rayner intends to scrap it which could lead to tent cities with no powers of removal. I can’t see it helping anyone. They did this in USA and it had bad consequences apparently.0 -

Yes, I believe you can request your last award letter, I'm sure I did that a while ago as I lost my original one when I moved.

What concerns me is the 12 weeks to find other benefits so that means no MR or Tribunals must do I think thier refuse pip and the only option is jsa if that's what they call it also unclear for people on new style esa saying it will be just for 6 months? It just gets worse everyday I can well believe they are threatening mps 100 percent they are like rewarding people who work on uc where's the echr this can't be allowed can it ?

I tthink It means I have borderline personality disorder body dismorphia pmdd so they would say these can be treated with medication and therapy same for depression anxiety they probley looked up all illness disabilities as they quoted if someone can eat food with an aid and not wash down below wouldn't meet the 4 point rule plus they will use you can work from home what concerns me is 12 weeks to find something else tells me your not able to appeal this is a mess and now thier bullying mps they want this so bad this is worse than I thought tbh
