    I have been so fatigued this week, just laying down with no energy to do anything much.

    I am a little better today and hoping to go out for lunch overlooking the sea.

    I was with my daughters Saturday as its my birthday on Wednesday

    Went shopping

    But I dudbt she anything I liked. I was absolutely shattered

    I got back and went to bed

    I think I was doing tk much this morning as pulse was 132

    Just done BP and pulse it's now

    115 81 pulse 108

    8 month wait for cardiology too
