Carers save the Government God knows how much money every year. Liz Kendall needs to shadow a carer and experience what they have to deal with each day with little or no support.😡

Starmer just announced another u turn . Not on welfare so off topic . This time it’s the grooming gangs . Looks to me they’ll do anything to save themselves. Hope this is allowed on here but I thought it relevant as it shows starmers u turning again.

The u turn was done because of an audit and assessment maybe after the impact statements come through about will happen to disabled people it will be the same

Exactly. The Cass report ( I think ) is due so he’s announced a unturn to save himself. I could be wrong but I thought it was up to cooper or jess Philips . Is this another WFA u turn where he threw reeves under the bus while she was away ? If things start to look really bad on him he u turns . Please let us be the next u turn . 🤞🙏

I wish there was a cure because those of us living with these conditions suffer so much day and night.
Our lives are a living

For me I think the fatigues is the worse . No treatment at all . I wasn’t even stable enough to to start GET . The constant threat from assessments has made my health worse and I’m sure it’s the same for all of us .

Yes I have been barely able to move from my bed this week due to fatigue.
I have felt so unwell drifting in and out of sleep.
My symptoms have got worse and all this benefit reform stuff and disabled bashing makes matters so much worse.
I got a 3 point at my last assessment and no 4's
I never thought to question it because obviously I never thought it would become an issue, and I was awarded high rate on both elements but this time I have submitted a heck of a lot more detail on how my disabilities affect me and I will fight tooth and nail to maintain the same award.

It's come to light today that insurance companies are behind the benefit cuts, particularly contribution based esa, they have been pressing government for 10 plus years to tighten severely the criteria and now they have literally succeeded in abolishing contribution based and non time limited benefits, why? Because they want to line their own pockets selling working people income insurance policies instead, this is an excellent example of big corporate business being involved way too closely with governments now and in the past,it's merley making money out of misery and of course the already sick and disabled will probably be uninsurable.so this is where we are.

Please provide evidence of that and the source it 'came to light' from because there is far too much hearsay and scaremongering going on.
We need factual information only.

He’ll try and cover up as much as he can I’m sure but it’s all over the news . He’s trying to save himself as I thought this was cooper or Jess Philip’s decision. I may be wrong but it seems he’s saving himself like he did the WFA. Please god let him u turn on the cuts and throw Kendall under the bus

Thank you
I do feel that when members post these things, they should post where they read it so that we can then at least look it up and decide whether or not it is authentic.

I think there’s so much information coming out constantly it’s hard to know what’s true and what’s not . And it’s hard to remember as things just pop up on your phone. It’s all deliberate of course, or the government don’t actually know what they’re doing and making it up . I’m hoping Starmer gets worried enough and has another u turn . 🙏🤞

Thank you to those who have provided a more clear and referenced reply.
In such uncertain times clarity is needed and
appreciated.

Isn’t it awful luvpink? Living with this constant stress . I feel if more information about the impact this will cause us Starmer may upturn again to save himself. 🤞

Yeah I agree.
I going to try and forget about it today.
I have been home all week feeling unwell but I feel better today so I am going out to enjoy the sunshine and look out to the sea here in Cornwall.
