    I was with my daughters Saturday as its my birthday on Wednesday

    Went shopping

    But I dudbt she anything I liked. I was absolutely shattered

    I got back and went to bed

    I think I was doing tk much this morning as pulse was 132

    Just done BP and pulse it's now

    115 81 pulse 108

    8 month wait for cardiology too

    I'm sorry you don't feel great. Have you still got to see your GP re alternative beta blockers. They worked really well to get my pulse down to 60+ .

    It might be good to rest as much as you can today, you've had a very busy week or so so resting won't do you any harm.

    It's gone overcast here, was sunny earlier πŸ™„πŸ˜¬πŸ˜….

    Morning I’m so sorry I’m just getting back to you.
    The wedding went so well the weather was beautiful and everyone had a great time. πŸ₯°I had my granddaughters over the next day to stay I was exhausted but I had promised to watch them.

    Aww if you ever make it to Scotland I would love to meet up with you and we could go somewhere nice for lunch.

    I've not been paying much attention to the governments goings on to be honest @Catherine21 I've been trying to use my recovery time to heal the brain as well as the body. So avoiding politics for a few weeks seemed like a good idea. πŸ˜…

    Hiya @Albus_Scope I am starting my third week of volunteering at my local hospital today. It'll be 3 weeks tomorrow until I started my volunteering, but I only do three days a week at the moment.

    I'm thinking of increase my hours when myself and my fiancΓ© come back from our holiday visiting my fiancΓ©'s family for a week.
