I get enhanced for both and no 4 or 3. Might as well say we all need 8s . They’re forgetting they’re going to look at the assessments anyway so they’ll just make the relevant points harder to get that way

Why is that 🤔 the information is freely available on the Internet for all to see if they care to look

Talk about I am not a number I am a person . So if a lying assessor gives your 2 points your condition suddenly becomes cured ? What nonsense. Part of the problem is money wasted on constant assessments for conditions that won’t improve. If you have a condition that by NHS guidelines says isn’t cured than once you’ve prove it affects you you shouldn’t keep having assessments. Especially people who’ve been sick a long time .

Nope it needs to be stopped. They’ll bring it in then add even worse criteria when the do the assessment inquiry

Yes. You are so right. What a mess. We live in fear of the WCA yet it's abolition is even more frightening.

The concessions are a farce anyway and of no real help, just an act.

Mine even lied about my specialist letter and ignored all my medical evidence. Leastvone steered me away from 4 point descriptors towards the 2. On paper I should of been awarded a 4

Please give advice. Thank you . Are there any details on the questions content should this pass. I see there a online mock up test but it's based on old questions.
Also has anyone considered that should these changes happen and you lose benefits what you will do. Is anyone trying to prepare for this financially or other

Yes, I'm on LCWRA and I'm spending as little as possible and trying to save as much as possible. I'm also going to apply for PIP, I have a Dr's appointment next month and will ask him to provide medical evidence for the issues I have which apply to certain PIP descriptors.

More good news
Welfare rebellion latest 👇🏼
Three more Labour MPs have signed rebel amendment, taking total to 126, but none have withdrawn their names, despite government efforts.
Also, I’m told the Greens, Plaid and SNP have joined signatories, which already include DUP, making it more likely Speaker will select amendment.
(As ever, no of current signatories only confirmed after Commons adjourns).

From what I remember I think maybe you can still get UC, possibly the same amount as job seekers allowance and as long as you've got a Dr's sick note shouldn't have to look for work, but you'll still have to see a work coach every so often, who may sanction or even stop your money all together if you're unable to do some of the things they expect you to do (probably more so if you have a mental illness like depression or anxiety rather than a visible physical disability), I guess it just depends on the work coach you get.
Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
If I end up in this situation and I have enough savings to live off to get me through the MR and tribunal, then if my work coach is difficult that's it I'll be walking out, stop my money as much as you want.
If I don't have enough savings I'll just have to keep seeing them, unless I end up so unable to cope with it mentally that I cannot even make myself go anymore. If I get sanctioned on the much less money that I'm on or my money stopped altogether then that's it I'm finished, I'll either starve to death unless I commit suicide first because of not being able to cope.
