    Timms has responded to this challenge, and referenced it'll be based on the descriptors and how that person is doing at the time as far as I could tell. Kirsty BlackmanΒ has then called on Charities etc to hold him accountable to those words in the future when it comes to legal action on behalf of disabled people if ever required. Hope I've explained that ok πŸ™ˆ

    No thank you for the updates as I haven’t seen anything on the guardian or sky news.
    I’m trying to understand what Timms means. Is it you have to fit the wca descriptor plus lifelong according to nhs etc but fluctuating is included if your condition is bad enough at that time ? So it doesn’t have to be constant ?

    I’m a little confused, is the disability amount of LCWRA going to stay the same for people already in receipt of it, but be different for new claimants, or it’s being cut for everyone? Cut completely? Can someone summarise for me as I can’t scroll for too long reading as it messes with my eye?

    Probably all having a blooming picnic on the lawn ugh 😀 shocking, so little interest in such a extremely important bill, best of it is, they are all getting paid !!! I don't believe a word re NHS not a word.
