I guess so Catherine, someone may be able to confirm, I think all we will hear is a chorus of ''yea'' or whatever they say lol to the bill going through, just my opinion though lol 😊

There is a vote expected to take place on the bill in it's current form tonight around 7pm.

There are some tabled amendments I believe as well.

I would have thought that listening to others, their input and often personal experiences, would be an important part of making a vote. Not taking part or listening to the debate, just shows they are closed minded.

I can think of a few words I could say this is so draining

The Bill is expected to proceed as a Money Bill, although we can't be 100% certain until later. It's on the Order Paper. I'm gutted:
3. Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payment Bill: Committee and Remaining Stages
Until 7.00pm (Order of 1 July)
Notes:
Proceedings in Committee must, if they have not already ended, end at 6.00pm; and proceedings on Consideration and on Third Reading must, if they have not already ended, end at 7.00pm (Order of 1 July).
This Bill is expected to be certified as a Money Bill.
For amendments, see separate paper (also available on the publications webpage for the Bill).
Relevant Documents:

Exactly Meagain, this is what we are up against I'm afraid. Most are just not interested enough in disability. The main objective is to fill the ''black hole'' with us ! Its really poor that they cannot attend and listen to these proposed amendments.

Oh no Zips, that's just awful, I will be as gutted as you and many others if in fact that does happen.

Is there somewhere we can see the amendments?

And the prospect of more face to face assessments is horrendous for so so many, yet they are really trying to get them ramped up anyway they can, it will end in disaster.

Amenment 39 has been voted on, now they’re voting on amendment 50, what are they?

I have no idea apples, someone will get back to us I believe.

So was anyone at home able to guess from the shouts if the amendments will be passed or not ?

Anyone watching the bizarre way they voting on clauses . And admendments. So they shout aye or no, if it sounds the same they go out and vote ,so if one side shouts louder than the rest it goes through. How weird

Thanks Ranald, it did slip from the mind lol at least now I know thank you for filling the blank in my head 😊

Exactly my thinking, especially the bloke shouting in the Lady Chairs ear standing right next to her, it’s all weird
I don’t quite understand these amendments but voting in favour of clause 2 & 3 are not good unless I’m wrong which I hope I am
