    Unfortunately I've had an heart attack

    There is a plan for going forward.

    I'm OK

    Ive been looked after well

    Onwards and upwards

    Hey Strawberry, we are all so glad to know you've been discharged from hospital. What a shock for you! I hope the food was catered to your needs and tasty enough.

    Follow doctors orders and check in when you need advice or support. I hope the person you were looking after is ok too. Be good to yourself now and be patient while you recuperate. This heat doesn't suit me either 🎣
