All what you've said is true, and thus I agree with you. But those stuff might only work when your system is clean of prescription medications. Therefore, advising someone who has been taking prescription sleeping pills, antidepressants, or antipsychotics, etc., to switch to supplements, herbal stuff, exercise, etc., is a non-starter, as they've all tried these and didn't work for them due to the fact that they've stronger stuff in their system.

Every night, one hour before I drift to my bedroom, I take a warm shower and magnesium + calcium + vit D tablets religiously. But what really helps me sleep is herbal sleeping pills.

Thank you @Wheeled_Weapon for writing here and for sharing your experience, yes magnesium is very important and other supplements as well, it was my hobby in the past, supplements, i provided my body with various different supplements including beef adrenal, liver, thyroid, bone and marrow and others and for following Weston A Price Foundation and for trying Green Pasture products.

Hi @Catherine21 , thank you for sharing your thoughts here, some of my habits were related to my perfectionism which makes life much more difficult, i went through a very difficult time when i couldn’t eat and being a petite size my gp kept weighing me saying i would go to the hospital i couldn’t eat on my own and after i gained weight, i also like beef and butter it is also related to my blood type and did carnivore, i knew people who cured skin problems and women who had their menstruation again after returning to the animal based diet, i wish you a nice morning and day today, please take care, best wishes always. ❤️ Kindest regards. 🌷🌿

All my neighbours smoke, and that certainly doesn't help. I know how hard it is to kick the nicotine habit. Thankfully the £18 price for 20 Regal has taken them out of my price range!

Wow is that how much they are no thanks I can't stand the smell now same with alcohol if you asked me ten years ago would I have given them up wouldn't believe it

Regal and Bensons are that price, but i am told the 'cheap' ones, ie Richmond are about £12 odd. They absolutely stink and I can't understand anyone buying them.
