Makes it worse , finally plucked up the courage to phone dwp about my esa 50 from last year. They received it back last Jan but got no update from when I was in Lcw from 2019 when I had my tribunal to get my esa back. So although I get extra disability with it. She has contacted the benefits centre to see what going on. I was in tears. She was nice and apologies. But they have to get in touch with me . Especially as uc is in November. I should of done it sooner, but when you phone up option one just says wait until you hear something. I been scared too

IIf You get extra disability maybe they didn't update ? And if says wait to hear something they must have it I'm so sorry your going through this check when you started receiving extra esa

I’m going to be a lot quieter as the days, weeks and months progress. I’m honestly just wanting to keep the outside world locked and sealed away. I’ve got my worse nightmare tomorrow about ringing all three benefits that I’m on to confirm my name change. Just fed up with life and all its foibles and rubbish that goes with it. Fill’s me with dread the thought of having to redo all the forms for the benefits, I couldn’t physically fill them in myself as I’d be sat there looking at them with an angry inner chimp smashing its gongs!! I’ll probably have to go to the local law centre to get help filling them out as Derby in there infinite wisdom shut down there main CA some years ago and there is a little outpost somewhere in the city.
I’ve decided that I’m no longer going to look into getting a living will or a lapsing power of attorney, I’m considering the cheaper option of applying for a DNR to be put in place my GP.0 -
Good luck tomorrow @Grumpy1314 ringing the DWP, I hope it goes well.
Take care.

Thank You, I’ve got my tin helmet at the ready.
Thanks to forgetting my meds last night I’ve been awake, not in a great place. I’ve been sending messages out to get my name changed over from an 8 letter Scottish Gaelic name which is always stressful to spell out all the time. I’ve also started to look at changing my names on my 3 work placed pension schemes, I’ve got to visit my bank to change my name in person and pick up a provisional driving licence form as well. Thankfully my passport is still in my new old name, what little use it is to say the least. Just dreading ESA & PIP, already changed it on universal and left a journal entry.

A balmy 14C here and not going to climb much higher. Autumn approaches!

I prefer the cooler weather. Not a hot weather fan.

I bet you were dog tired, still, not everyone gets to travel all that way for a holiday! I bet you will have fond memories of it.

Oh no, I didn't realise it was all holiday.
When I was 12, my mum and dad took me to Spain. I went with a broken right arm, and whilst there, I got glandular fever! What a laugh!

decided I’ve done enough today, resting up and will do a small amount tomorrow before the fire brigade turn up to inspect the flat. Then I’m dreading Thursday as I’ve got to go into the Mordor and go to the bank and post office 🔥
