Was woken this morning made feel angry be ause i wanted a lay in as I'm in burnout. But my 3 year old granddaughter soon changed that feeling say "morning nanny".😀.
Then read your comment schildpad thank you for the inspiration of gratitude 🙏.
Today I don't have any plans. So self care is now my plan chill and deal with the burn out and enjoy what is beautiful and be grateful for the day.

I forgot to say good morning to everyone else, I do apologise! It's sunny and rainy here, so the garden will be happy. The pigeons were all looking a tad soggy waiting for their breakfast this morning. 😆
May your days be full of joy and wonder, whatever you have planned. ❤️

Hi 66Mustang, thanks. You know I'm not deliberately unkind and you are certainly not a horrible person!! 🤗 I knew I was taking a risk by saying what I did and I will try to explain.
"Like if you really thought it was true you'd just disappear without a trace"
That was the bit that worried me in case it was taken as a challenge (as in, well, why don't you just…?) It's a bit weird discussing a third party like this and I was probably being over-sensitive myself.
Wishing everyone a peaceful day 🌤️

Ah that's sounding lovely and positive @Grumpy1314 you have your inner chimp, I have my "head weasels" and reptile brain. 😆
Having something to look forward to, or at least aim for is so so important I think. Eyes on the prize and all that.
and no problem @WhatThe we're all friends here, we're all non horrible friends here. ❤️2 -
Oh that'll be a fab birthday gift! Plus it's a good excuse to have that extra cocktail 😉
I'm planning my first outing in about 9 years, a nice little jaunt to a german xmas market.

Madeira? That's a lovely place, if a little hilly for myself! Did you know Ronaldo is from Madeira?
Your old world mariners, they would have revictualed at Madiera prior to crossing the Atlantic, to the Caribbean or Americas fleet. (There Santosha, revictualed in a sentence!).

It's ok @Schildpad mistakes happen, they're unfortunately part of life and you shouldn't beat yourself up over them. ❤️

I had an incident on the bus when a guy wouldn't move over so I could sit down with dog buggy can't repeat what I said to him

There's no need to be afraid @Catherine21 but I know it's easy to say right now. Now do you think things are actually worse now, or have things felt worse since you started paying more attention to politics?

I can say I overreacted very badly
It keeps happening like making a fool of myself.. or overreacting. The worse is I sweared at her. Anyway it is done. Now I feel ashamed of going to that supermarket. I only go when it is really something very specific. So I guess I will give it a miss for a few months. I reallyhate myself when these things happen.
