Good morning.
I have been unwell for two days but I have woken up feeling a bit better today.
Hopefully I will get out and enjoy the sunshine later.

@Albus_Scope I think the issue isn't the concept of online safety, which no-one (except sinister folk) would disagree with. It fails in its application - innocent posts trigger the filter and cause people distress; likewise, if inclined one could write a very sinister post - knowing which keywords not to use - and it would be allowed through
I realise it's not Scope's issue, you're just given a clunky filter and told to put it on your site in order to comply, so your hands are tied 🙁

Good morning @Grumpy1314 or should I say "evening" as your body probably thinks yesterday is still dragging on? 🙄
Sorry to hear about your insomnia. What kinda of things do you do to cope with it? I've started just embracing when I can't sleep and getting stuff done in the night – it's fine when I can't sleep for simple reasons, but obviously can't do anything productive when I'm awake because of anxiety
I hope today is reasonable to you

@Catherine21 I get into fads as well but mostly food ones haha
I'm into overnight oats at the moment … I never liked the texture of porridge but liked the taste; the oats are less sloppy and I get the nice taste

I wasn't saying the concept is sinister, just I think it negatively affects innocent people while not actually tackling the issue it intended to in the first place

Morning .. chase for those . medicines . It is not fair.
Mine is Samsung but a bit old .so I want an updated version.
I might go out for a couple of things but I do not feel well.. again my heart is racing and I hope it will get better… yet another day…. it is the weekend so i have no commitments.

unless i feel better i might just stay at home… i ihaving flashbacks from my incident.. and feelings of guilt, i truly hope it will pass. but also really slept so so … my medicines do not really work and are already in the highest dose except for the painkiller.. i am not sure . i am having high hopes for the future but at times i just do not want to see it. i am going to have a camomile and hope my heart settles.

thank you @Catherine21 i am laying down in bed watching tv… while playing internet at the same time. i will stay at home but tomorrow i really need to go out. i will see how i feel.. i am trying to calm down.. maybe i should go to a park and try to relax…. nature is very soothing. i have to convince myself it will be ok.

i really have to challenge myself to do things.. i have no confidence at all.. A nice park is always good.. even if it is a little bit of green … i am forcing a lot… that is way i try to keep busy because before i was on my own all the time. i need to keep optimistic that something good will happen and things will improve.. but my health been downhill for well over a decade now. but i have to hope my health will improve.. when i was working i was so busy working i forgot about myself. that is why my health got worse. anyway. pass is pass and that can not be recover. but the future is now and for that maybe we can do something about it . being a pessimist does not work , that is another thing i have to change. manifestation tell us to say thank you for today even if we do not know what will happen. i have been into manifesting things for a while.. it does sometimes but very frustrating when it does not. i will wait for tomorrow to run for the shops .. even if they open later.

i got a friend who tells me the same.. it is hard to break old habits but i have to be more optimistic. when i am positive things happen if i am not .. i have a bad day… that and be more confident.. so yes. i am trying to change habits little by little.. still have to get rid off things and change more bad habits. step by step.

I liked reading what you wrote yesterday about negativity and being a strong person
I struggle with so much doubt and I don't understand why I'm so horrible or what I've done wrong. I just want to be reassured that I'm a good person, but I think being told helps occasionally, but really it has to come from yourself
