My day was very painful but rewarding as I took my first steps unaided. Managed to walk a few feet for the first time in over two years. So many silent tears, many times I have stood out in the rain to hide those tears of pain. It has been a very emotional and rewarding journey to get to where I am today. The physical side is looking good and hopefully this will help repair the mental side.

the mental part is a difficult one and the one people can not see nor understand. the physical part well it depends. if weather is good i feel less pain and if it is bad everything seems to be bad, weather is not good lately so i was very so so but i am glad and went out to my volunteering…even if weather was bad. i will see how it goes… sometimes we have to push ourselves to do things out of our comfort zone or not as easy.. it is hard..

Good morning everyone! I've got a doggy friend staying with me, so I've got some company while I work today. But she is very stinky 😂
Morning @Bluebell21 and @durhamjaide2001, how are you both doing today?
Sorry to hear you had a rough night @luvpink, it's always so annoying to be kept awake feeling unwell. As if it wasn't hard enough feeling ill during the day, you're also then doubly tired from not sleeping. Hope you feel better soon and can have a restful day.
That sounds fun. Have a great day out @Annie015 ☺️
You had such a special connection @Catherine21, thinking of you 💜
