My day was very painful but rewarding as I took my first steps unaided. Managed to walk a few feet for the first time in over two years. So many silent tears, many times I have stood out in the rain to hide those tears of pain. It has been a very emotional and rewarding journey to get to where I am today. The physical side is looking good and hopefully this will help repair the mental side. 2

the mental part is a difficult one and the one people can not see nor understand. the physical part well it depends. if weather is good i feel less pain and if it is bad everything seems to be bad, weather is not good lately so i was very so so but i am glad and went out to my volunteering…even if weather was bad. i will see how it goes… sometimes we have to push ourselves to do things out of our comfort zone or not as easy.. it is hard.. 2

@jonf amazing! Here’s hoping you continue to get stronger. My day’s been fine. I’m sleeping lots but I must need it. I’ve let go of the guilt around this now. It’s still a bit frustrating as my to do lists aren’t getting done but what can I do 🤷♀️ 1
