    Still not well.

    Been referred to see a consultant on an urgent two week list so should hear about an appointment by the end of next week.

    Every day is such an up hill struggle to function.

    soon to be evening….. and rather cold day today. i have been at home.. i hope tomorrow it wont be as cold. but it has not been so cold so we might really have a very cold winter.

    tomorrow will be another day. i honestly rather try not to think about the future . it is very scary… i had my heating on but not for too long and i do not want to as it is not cheap.

    Well I've had 2 more fillings and now the numbness has gone I can feel a, throbbing sensation where the new filling is

    Had my pet scan results not lung cancer thankfully. I've got another appointment with the thoracic medicine team next month to look at possible asthma. I was diagnosed with copd by the copd nurse in 23, due to I was a cleaner. Never smoked. Covid as well caused all problems. Had my pulmonary rehabilitation today last of the sessions. Which gives you exercises to help with copd and other lung problems, only problem is my joints , did cause a problem with some of the exercises especially those with my legs.
