we're here for you
I finally got an answer off the GP he says as all bloods are clear it's likely two of my medications interacting they've basically burst my capillaries causing fluid to leak into the tissue including the brain (it's not dangerous), but explains the lightheadedness part too
he's told me to stop one of the BP pills (amlodipine) immediately stay on (bisproprolol) monitor the BP at home for a fortnight and if it climbs above 150/100 regularly he'll prescribe a replacement.
If the swelling doesn't improve within 14 days he'll order more extensive tests but is sure it's the amlodipine
thanks for all the support @Rachel_Scope @Strawberry1 @Anhedonia @Catherine21

@Nightcity omg you've certainly been going through it.How are you feeling now and what do they advise you to do?

Hi Strawberry, I'll be here for some of the evening. Big hug ๐ซ it's not the real one that you need though, is it?

๐ it's a shame you don't have enough support at home but that's not uncommon for yet-to-be-diagnosed autistic people. It didn't seem to matter to anyone else when I told them so try to prepare yourself for indifference. Have you considered whether family members might share these conditions, more often inherited from the father?
Is the pacemaker making a difference and helping you sleep better? Do you have a Health Visitor to check on your physical health?

have a great evening @Strawberry1 ๐
@Jane315STARX Not too bad thanks basically the advice is let amlodipine get out my system 6-12 days keep an eye on BP and swelling let them know in 2 weeks if swelling persists or worsens further.
How you doing today after this weeks trials?
