    Wise words. It doesn't mean they are right at all. My mum found fault with most people; family members, neighbours, teachers, schoolfriends, perfectly nice people. Contempt breeds contempt and some people never learn to think for themselves.

    Getting a little over whelmed with chores and things i have to do .

    Had to make a phone call to the doctors about something

    They needed me to go online

    I couldnt do it because Im rubbish with tech stuff so had to ring them back .

    I think its getting sorted but I bogged down a bit with a load of chores

    Struggling to get my head round where to start .

    Im a rubbish human being

    I hate myself so much

    Ive chatted with Samaritans today.

    It all depends on who you get

    Sometimes the conversations dont help .

    There was understanding from them .

    After chatting I did feel more calmer

    I will definately use them again
