Goodnight to you too, Strawberry. I'm sorry you were awake half the night 😐️
Do you sleep with a window open? I can't sleep in a stuffy room and always leave a gap for fresh air. It might make a difference to you.

I sometimes sleep with the window open yes @WhatThe .
Not sure it makes any difference
Sometimes my mind just wont switch off .
Thank you for thinking of me
Chat again soon
Take care

you're so kind @Strawberry1 I've been quite sick with worry and it's been a bad week
Pippa injured her leg and as we didn't know and was acting odd, refusing to move and falling over when she did despite her only being two I thought she'd had a stroke so spent the day at the vets, the vet said she was just being a drama queen as pugs often are and had a very mild leg injury. it wss just the Straw that broke the camels back at the time before her diagnosis.

Your bound to be feeling as you are with everything going on and then the worry of your dog too .
I send a ton of empathy and compassion your way
I would be exactly the same as you @Nightcity

Hope pippa is having a rest too @Nightcity .
They are important too being part of the family etc .
Yes its understandable that it became a situation of the straw that broke the camels back .
I hope when your mum gets back home you can all get that well earned rest .
Please be gentle with yourselves
Take it easy
Sending a ton of gentle and supportive hugs and a ton of positive vibes
Lots of love always @Strawberry1

Thanks. I hope you're doing ok st the moment and things are better for you over Christmas, I do think of you even when I'm not around and my other friends that's why I came back in the first place, At times though some threads and comments here remind me of why I left too.
