Opportunities to try a sporting activity are limited for me. Contacting a group and telling them I have Cerebral Palsy makes it difficult for sporting groups and gyms to find a way to adapt their services for a disabled person.
I want to try something new in 2026 and have found Disability Sports Wales are hosting three events in Gwent, Cardiff and North Wales. If you fancy trying a new sport this year, why not check out the details.
