How is your day going?

@Rosie_Scope and @Schildpad Thank you. They finally got through to the GP practice and an appointment has been made with a pharmacy technician on Friday. They been told his 24-hour average is fine.
When mine went higher (a bit higher than that) I was sent to A&E were they did all sorts of tests and I got prescribed medication. My friend's just seems too high a number to ignore (and he was resting) and just go on the average. It seems the postcode lottery is as bad as I read in the paper. Hopefully, everything will be okay.

anything over 160 is to start worrying a bit. glad they will be seen. i have a blood pressure machine and it can vary from the first reading to the second reading.. even if they are minutes apart..
i am playing the lottery but i will end up only playing when the jackpot is out. it is a waste of money.. there is only hope.. i play other competitions with less money to win. like winning a house or the equivalent in cash.. but at the end of the day is money lost … still better chances than with the lottery.. and yes i played thunderball.. i will end up playing the minimum..
i stopped playing scratch cards.. i am happy with that.. as they say lottery is the tax for the poor and they are right…

Looking forward to the six nations rugby tonight.

I have just created a new discussion all about the six nations @luvpink that you may be interested in Six Nations Rugby 2026! Are you rooting for any team in particular?
Love a bit of ASMR @Ross1975, what sorts of videos do you like? I quite like the soap cutting ones.0 -
Mary_Scope , I really like the unintentional ones and they can be about anything really, my top 3 are John Butler, CallChrisEubank, and Tony Fisher.
John Butler is an old man with a gentle voice, then Chris Eubank makes those whistling sounds when he speaks, and then with Tony Fisher his voice gives me ASMR too and his hand movements while hearing the delicate sounds of him opening up a box or turning a puzzle.

Another night with barely any sleep but the sun is shining albeit cold so I'm going to venture out to enjoy the sea views.

That sounds like a lovely idea @luvpink. I hope you've wrapped up warm. I bet it's extra windy by the sea but definitely makes for beautiful views and can't beat the sea air. So refreshing.

Is it your first time at one of these sessions @Schildpad? I've always been intrigued by them. I'd like to think they're deeply relaxing. Was it hard coming back round after the session? I hope you're ok and start to feel better soon. It sounds like you've got a nice relaxing evening planned and hopefully Columbo will be a distraction.

It is very relaxing. The thing is I wish I could be that relaxing state for the rest of the rest day.. I have done like 5 sessions so far. It was in another place where I go on Wednesdays but they moved it on Fridays. This is the place where facilitators meet to create workshops or ideas etc on Mondays.
It is disappointing once you are out of it and is back to reality. But the sound of the bowls and the vibration is so interesting. I am hooked. The floor vibrates. Also she uses Bells. Flat bells..
Also before starting the session she did put it on between the lungs and that vibration is hard to explain..
It was the first time we did it in the New place so I hope it will last...

I keep changing the channel on the telly. And I keep correcting the messages I am sending here. I send them without checking grammar spelling etc . I have to take it easy and relax but it is hard.
You can do the sound bath in YouTube but it misses the vibration feeling. It is hard to replicate...

Don't worry about that @Schildpad, I don't think anyone judges you. I certainly don't. My grammar can be terrible.
I would love to do it sometime. I can imagine it being a good old struggle to get up after though as you said. Hope you have a relaxing evening 😊
