    Your file may not have been sent to Serco and is with DWP. It's nothing to worry about. They definitely have your form as you received the text message about it. It's unfortunately just a waiting game now. Please try not to worry.

    All you can do is await the outcome.

    Its very frustrating but the waiting times vary so much with some claimants having to wait a lot longer than others.

    The main thing is they are still paying you so please try not to worry.

    Hi I contacted DWP they said your file is on his way to health provider serco or maxima

    Is been 25 weeks

    So I guess is going to be a stressful assessment

    Please any help

    can I request for phone assessment instead as I suffer panic disorder and on intensive CBT and I do that via zoom

    You can request a phone assessment, but the assessment provider isn't obliged to agree.

    Even my Gp I normally ask for telephone calls

    Very anxious about the situation
