    Perhaps rest during the day to catch up.

    I can empathise as I rarely get any sleep.

    I get up several times during the night looking out of the window and the nights are so long.

    I try so hard not to sleep during the day but I have to have plenty of rest.

    I feel like I'm running on an empty tank if that makes sense.

    Wouldnt it be nice to go to bed and just fall asleep straight away

    Falling asleep in the day is a big hurdle sometimes

    I suppose we can only try
