Well, that's a fabulous video. I really like the stairs addition, the pistoning and the sound!

I'm wondering if someone put the chair, footstool and lamp in there just so it looks weird for the photo, or whether that's really how the room was?
1 -
Oh my goodness that looks so odd yet so very cozy. I'm heading over with my feather duvet. ๐
1 -
Yup, I could totally relax in there, it's weird for sure but I don't find it creepy.
This on the other handโฆ nope! ๐

Yikes ๐ณ Nope. Me neither. Pass. Then pass again. And again. Stephen King comes to mind!

This is my next collection hot off the press, called Streets At Night. (I think they're all liminal. Not sure.) Enjoy!

Another Ai liminal space, been a while since I posted one. I can't remember if this is something I got Ai to make or whether I just found it somewhere online.

Oh Christmas! I miss it already. Love, love, triple love Christmas! ๐
Beautiful space! Just beautiful. This is what they call liminal nostalgic, right?
1 -
Hi, StarryEyed, I really like Christmas as well. I have a lot more liminal space Chrimbo pics but I'm saving them to post when it's Christmas.
Yes a lot of people say liminal spaces feel nostalgic to them, for some reason though I don't find most to be nostalgic.
Here's one that I do find a bit nostalgic though.

Just another thing to look forward to at Christmas! Yay!
Ah, I thought liminal nostalgic was a type of liminal space that used objects from the 60s and 70s. Ok. Got it.

Funnily enough the chair in this liminal spaceโฆ
Is the same as the chairs in this other liminal space.

Sorry everyone I've been off for a few days so just catching up! It makes me happy to come back to lots of pictures and discussion ๐
I also love Fine Young Cannibals. My mum had their album on CD and I used to play it all the time. Maybe it's time for a revisit?
The room with the balloons creeps me out. I think the 'nostalgia' aspect is interesting. Those streets at night could be straight out of a horror movie!
I'm very excited that we're sharing pictures of machinery. I adore engineering and find it fascinating but it's also terrifying, especially when it's in water!

I do not like that @Ross1975 ๐ That will haunt me in my sleep.

Yeah, Sponge Bob has never looked so frikkin unnerving! Yikes.
Here's another night-themed liminal spaces collection that I'll call Buildings at Night. Enjoy!

Those are some great pics, StarryEyed, I especially like the second, fifth, and sixth ones.

The one with the people on the stairs would make an amazing album cover @StarryEyed.
That house is very creepy, and the eyes don't help ๐
Here's a spooky supermarket.
2 -
Yay that you guys like the collection.
That supermarket makes me think how the whole world must look different during closing hours. Like a whole other liminal world ๐
Ross, here's a forest to go behind your house ...
1 -
I'd quite like to spend some time in this place, it looks comforting. I wonder what's outside?
1 -
Ooh that's a good one @Ross1975. That's terrifying @StarryEyed! Thanks ๐
