At first I wondered if this is real, but on closer inspection it seems to be Ai. I'd love to visit there.

@Ross1975 the office is definitely nostalgic for me - very 80s with the computer monitors, pastel pink, carpet on the floor, the office chair. What would you imagine being outside the windows if it was the 80s? The orderliness of the neighbourhood space is beautiful ππΌ
Here is my final night collection that I'll call Random Night Shots. @Rachel_Scope beware! π²

Hi, StarryEyed, if I looked out of the windows I guess I could imagine there being a city with buildings that are identical to each other or very similar to each other with no lights on in any of them and it just goes on forever.
Kind of like this, but imagine it being at night:

Oh what a thrilling video, Ross!!! π It's crazy how these liminal spaces are so real yet so surreal. It's such an interesting blurred boundary. So very intriguing. Yeah, I forgot how in Canada especially in the 80s there were so many similar buildings. Very insightful of you. Your answer scores 100% ππΌππΌπ

This is not somewhere where I'd like to be, just something about it.

Thanks for the warning @StarryEyed! The picture with the slide is especially unsettling to me. That video sent chills up my spine @Ross1975.
Here's my picture for today. I'm sure you can see why this one is extremely uncomfortable for me!

That is a great picture Rachel_Scope, is it uncomfortable because of the water or the holes? It reminds me of this similar looking picture which has been taken from a video game on the PS5 and the latest Xbox would you believe.

@Rachel_Scope maybe your pool pic would be more comforting if you imagine it as plastic, rather than water. Because it really looks like plastic to me. Just saying. π
This beautiful and very amazing song came out yesterday that sounds and looks very liminal. OMG I love it. This is "Steel Mill" by Daniel Lanois (who often works with Brian Eno). I hope you guys love it tooβ¦

Another place where I'd love to be. First I'd relax in one of the chairs, drink some tea or coffee, take in my surroundings, have a look at one of those books, and then stare outside planning on where I'll go and what I'll do, probably a nice walk to the mountains.

I'm not sure I'd want to be there @Ross1975 but each to their own π I don't know why, but the pastel colours creep me out.

Another one that I find comforting.

Hey Ross. So your last two spaces beg the question, What do you find comforting about the spaces?
0 -
Hi, StarryEyed, I guess because they look like places where I could relax and get away from it all.
0 -
Yeah? βΊοΈ Here's another possibility...

I normally avoid this discussion because the pictures creep me out a bit, but this last one is dreamy @StarryEyed π€©

I like that one @StarryEyed, looks so peaceful and relaxing

Nice to see you both in one of my favourite discussions @Holly_Scope and @Mary_Scope!
We definitely have different ideas of comfort @Ross1975 π
Here's mine for today. A dorm hallway. The blurriness definitely adds to the creepiness.

Nope. This is too creepy - I'm out π

Ha I feel the same way as you @Holly_Scope. Some of them make me feel a bit uneasyπ
