It's lovely and sunny, and so far I'm managing to keep the room I'm in reasonably cool by keeping the window, blind and curtains closed and the fan blasting away. I hope you're all managing to keep as cool as possible.
I am dreading another warm night though. ๐ซ

I don't mind when it's sunny, but this current heatwave can take a running jumpโฆ I usually sleep like a Rock, but even I'm struggling in this heat.
And when I can't sleep it makes me even more grumpy than I normally am.

You need a Mulberry Silk duvet, i wouldn't be without mine. Shop On TV don't pay me royalties, but perhaps they should? ๐ค

Sorry if I've not understood @Amberpearl (the heat's getting to me a bit), but it said they had the form, so I presumed you were being reviewed? It's difficult to say whether you'll have to go through an assessment at this point, but the message is just standard letting you know they have the form and are processing it.

Its been a glorious sunny day here and it was around 25 degrees, so not too hot.
I went out and met friends.

I had on a woolly hat and mitts on when out with Gus earlier, a thick haar rolled in about 19:00, it was quite chilly by 21:00 when I went out. I could have done with a set of woolies underneath my clothes, but the were all washed today.
A meteorologist on BBC News earlier, they were talking of 45C temperatures in southern England and Wales by mid century. I suppose few of us will have to worry about that, but it's a sobering thought notwithstanding.

It rained here overnight but the sun is shining now and its looking like another nice day.
I'm going out later to get some grocery shopping and to sit down somewhere to enjoy the sea views.

17C and overcast atm, I am really struggling with these oppressive temperatures. ๐ I still have 4 pints of Tennent's in the fridge, I will hydrate myself after I walk Gus tonight!

Its forecast to be another glorious day here.
We had thunder and lightening with rain for about an hour last night.
I'm going out to enjoy the sunshine today and do a bit of shopping.
I'm going out with friends this evening to see a live band in a beer garden.
