    Morning All,

    Another sleepless night, probably had another four to five hours sleep 😴 decided to have a McD’s breakfast as I required Caffeine 🫪 to wake me up. Sat watching Who Do You Think You Are, after that it will be Fake or Fortune. May watch the last two Fantastic Beast films later on.
    Got Mediquip coming at some point to sort out the brakes on my Rollator. Going to order a non NHS Rollator next week,

    Should be a good all round fit for what I want to use it for.

    To be fair I pretty much gave up a few months back, but then I randomly decided to buy a ticket yesterday, and BOOM! I won a tenner!

    It's very sunny again today, think we're gearing up for another heatwave down here (fourth one now I think!)

    Good morning.

    Its sunny here again.

    I'm going out this afternoon to watch the bowls, then this evening I'm going out with friends to watch a live band in a beer garden.

    They play 60's, 70's and 80's

    Theyr'e not that great but the pub is outside the town so hopefully not too many tourists will be there.

    Quiet day at the mill watched a small amount of tv, carried out some housework and put a load in the washing machine. However I overpacked it and it hasn’t come out smelling fresh as a daisy

    going to have to split it up and rewash it again in two separate loads.
    I had Mediquip turn up with a grotty looking rollator to swap for mine that was brand new and needed a brake tightening. They told me that is the way they do it, that they don’t even have tools with them. I said “I’ll be right back” gave him a set of tools and he sorted the brake out in no time at all.
    Going to sort out some tea and watch a film before an early night and then up early to watch Spiderman and get my glasses adjusted for the umpteenth time.

    I should know now that just because a washer says 9KG on it, that it doesn’t mean stick in 2 loads of washing in one go 🤦‍♂️ came out smelling un fresh to say the least. After taking it all off the clothes horse and radiators, it was separated into two separate loads and put on again.

    I have had the Home Decoration scheme around today, stairs from the front door and all the hall way will be magnolia & white. Doors will be done white as well, although I may get some solvent free Black Gloss to do the four main doors and four cupboards that I have.

    I want to scrape off the old wood effect vinyl and paint them black. Then I run an idea past a council workman and he said it was a good idea.

    I am planning on putting this non slip tape on the boards and I can see where I am going if the lights are off, and it also means I don’t slip on the board as I leave or enter a room.

    The White Flag has been waved, I have given up for this weekend. Over eaten and overdone things yesterday, been physically ill last night and which has triggered my insomnia. Only went to bed at five am, going to stay in bed until the white flag is taken down maybe next week. I am going to give my stomach a rest today and probably tomorrow as well. Just stick to water for the next 48 hours, just wish I could go back to a time when I didn’t have anything wrong with me, oh wait…. I’d have to go before I was born 🤦‍♂️ just going to shut the phone off, I was watching a documentary about a murder in America and it says what sort of person doesn’t have many contacts and doesn’t have people contacting them, sounded just like I have become since 2023. The other week someone I was talking to said something, when I showed a photo from 2018 she said “I looked so healthy” then next breath said “what happened” I would honestly need over two million more pages to write down what’s gone wrong and only half a page to say what’s gone right. Everyone that has said that I am cruel, have a temper, that I am a failure, I wouldn’t amount to much, have a swinging brick for a heart etc are 100% correct. Just think it’s time to accept the facts, give up fighting, keep myself isolated and shut away from the world. I just don’t care anymore, got a few more tortures years left in me at least. Only way is down, oh wait I am already there and the drop is never ending. I don’t have a quality of life, no point improving it, or attempting to. I am just going to keep my head below the boundary marker, stay out of the way and become but a shadow.

    I got up about an hour ago, had breakfast and a coffee, then tablets.

    Just had a shower and got dressed, might play some Xbox.

    Lovely morning here too and 22c already with 24c top temp this afternoon.Nice cool breeze. It's cool in my flat with the windows open but when the sun moves around this afternoon it'll be hot. Have a nice day everyone and take care.

    I've made a veg curry for tea tomorrow and put in the slow cooker as we' be out all day.

    It will be nice to come home to.
