For real, an average looking, ordinary, clean, casually dressed man crossed me in the street today. Probably around 30 to mid 30s. I was on the sidewalk and he was on the street with a deadpan facial expression. I would not have noticed him at all because he was so ordinary. But he was skipping like a little kid. Like really skipping with his legs flinging about and jumping high. I don't mean with a rope. I smiled at first because I couldn't believe my eyes. Then I bust a gut. He smiled huge.
What the hell was he doing?? Honestly I want to know. But my guess is he lit up the city with smiles and laughter wherever he went.

I got a call from my sons high school to say that he was 1 mark away from a grade 9 (A*) in one of his GCSEs and they want to send it for remarking! I'm so proud of him.

Terriers really do have the biggest personalities! That huffing routine sounds adorable.My smile today came from trying out a new recipe for lunch that actually turned out edible for once. Plus, I managed to catch a really peaceful sunset on my evening walk. Sometimes itโs the quiet, simple moments that hit best.

It may seem unusual, but having my new Rollator delivered today - 4 days earlier than expected has made me smile. ๐ I am just glad that by double and triple checking my home address on Amazon has made the difference after the first time my parcel disappearing possibly due to an address mistake.
