What made you smile today? π

@Rag_793 my life is a disaster and it keeps getting worse. But I can often find a reason to smile if only for a moment. Your inspiration to buy a new walker is one of them. It's really changed the landscape drastically. How are you liking yours?

Seeing two in memory graphics my sister-in-law who is my fiancΓ©'s twin sister made for my youngest sister in memory of her cat who they had to have put to sleep last week.
I was also scrolling through my photos and I came across a few of my youngest sister's cat being cute.
Although sometimes you wouldn't think she was an adult cat as she loved playing with cat toys.
She has either or two litters of kittens too when she was still a young cat.
Her sister passed away when they were very young cats.
My sister will be happy that her cat and her sister are back together again.

I'm sorry you can't find reasons to smile at the moment @Rag_793. It can be really difficult to get out of such a low mood. Are there any small things you could notice that make you smile? How about your new plants?
That's so sweet @BrianMcFaddenfan24 β€οΈ
My friend started a new job and they said their first day went really well so that made me smile π

The few times I have used it have been good, I can tell the difference to the one I had before.

Hi Rachel, too be honest even the smallest of things no longer smile. Even watching mock the week doesnβt raise a smile.

I'm so sorry you feel this low @Rag_793. Hopefully things will seem better soon and that the CMHT can help you. While you're feeling so down, make sure you're kind to yourself.

@Rag_793 I've only used mine four times, having started last week - twice to go downstairs with the garbage and twice to go a block to the post office. I really like it. It's sturdy and steady and comfortable, both for walking and for sitting. It's called a Helavo walker. They misspelled it when they named it, as it should end in A rather then O. π Here it is...

The dog I'm looking after keeps hanging his tongue out the side of his mouth. He's got all his teeth, so no reason to do it other than being very goofy π Makes me giggle! I put a picture of him and his very silly tongue on our Pets Corner chat.

My daughter was in a good mood this morning and actually wanted a cuddle π

I help at a foodbank, havenβt been able to for a long while but the last two Mondays Iβve been able to volunteer. Iβm glad I can be involved and hopefully will be able to continue. First time this year Iβve been able to be involved

Saw a cat on my dog walk this morning that didn't remotely flinch when it got barked at horrendously... way to fight the power (my nigh dislocated shoulder notwithstanding).

That sounds great @yellowpineapple84! Hopefully you'll be able to continue it π
I bet that was interesting @Amaleihna, do you enjoy talking to people regularly on the bus?
Sounds like a brave, unbothered cat @Epistle_Rich!! Your shoulder sounds painful, are you okay?0 -
@yellowpineapple84 congratulations on getting out there! Yay! I hope you keep being able to get out.

I'm smiling today because the past four weeks I've been knee-deep in therapy dealing with my suicidal thoughts and feelings that have been plaguing me for about 30 years. And I've had major breakthroughs. Major. This has been one of the most productive and enlightening and lightening four weeks of my life. Feeling blessed to get here. And very smiley. π

I am mildly Dyslexic, and when I looked at the forum today the first thread was
PIZZA Corner . . . . on the second look PUZZLE Corner.
This made me smile.

Today I'm smiling because the oranges are all grown and about to change colour soon, ready for Christmas celebrations that are gearing up. Another reason to smile is the first of the Christmas sweets are appearing in the stores now.
