Hi to all! Thank you for accepting me. I had a very bad experience yesterday with northern rail and am struggling to get heard! Anyone else have these types of problems!!!

    Thank you for sharing. I know there will be members of our community. Who have had bad experiences of rail travel .

    You having problems getting heard and it is not right to be ignored.

    Understand the need to complain and I hope you can find some help and support dealing with this.

    Have you looked on line for any organisations that deal in complaints regarding travel on trains.

    If I recall is there not a Rail Travel Users group that deals in complaints.  

    All I can add. Some one from our community will know.

    Thank you for the reply! I have sent an email to northern rail I have also left a message with my local mp! My local newspaper were not interested at all!! It's very frustrating as I barely leave the flat! I bought the scooter so I could be a little bit more independent! I had no problems with the buses the drivers were all very nice getting the ramp out for me but train was a nightmare!!!
