stuck in hospital on a rehab ward cos i hurt my back when i passed out.

im ok. pulled my back a bit this morning so in a bit of pain. but i remind myself 2 weeks ago i couldnt even get out of bed and they thought id fractured my spine in 3 places. so i might be in pain but im up and walking a few steps. my sister popped in too for a bit so that helped.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I have osteoarthritis in both knees & right thumb & I have back pain, which I've had for years. Recently found out about the osteoarthritis in my left knee & thumb. I'm a cleaner, but have been struggling with it for about a year. I've been signed off sick from 7th May & I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so see what she's got to say, if she's going to sign me off for longer. 
I've been stressed for 5 years last month. I split with my husband because he cheated then there was trouble with my son, his daughter & his now ex then it was work then it was work & money. I haven't had a break in the 5 years. I am now too tired to carry on & looking for a big black hole to fall in. I've started counselling last Friday for the 7th time since 2014. 
I've put a claim in for universal credit which I will start to get on 6th July, fingers crossed. So the last few weeks I've been sorting that out which has caused more stress & last week I started getting a couple anxiety attacks, which is very new to me. 
It just feels like I'm in limbo & don't know what to do, only that I want to give up my cleaning job ?
