Assessor told me 4 or 5 weeks, text said 6 weeks as a guide. I am due a DLA payment next week, will see if I am paid it or not, then will phone them if I still haven't heard anything. Had enough of waiting, really affecting my day to day functionality. Its driving me nutsterrr74 said:yes I live in northern Ireland. ano I heard that, wish the would just give u the accessors report, at least in would give u an indication of how it went. hope u here something soon. So just phoned up For an update to be told a decision was made yesterday but they can’t tell me on the phone as a letter had not been issued yet,
id guess if I got it tho a payment would of been issued for Friday, so fingers crossed let’s see what Friday brings0 -
Your report was received the same day as mine, so hopefully my decision has been made. I phoned last Thursday and eas told no decision was made yet by some ignorant clown on the phone!eddie1912 said:So just phoned up For an update to be told a decision was made yesterday but they can’t tell me on the phone as a letter had not been issued yet,

This means that the advisers won't be able to see what that decision is until around this time, even though they will be able to see that a decision's been made.Ring again this time tomorrow and they should be able to see it.0 -
7 days eddie1912 from decision till u recieve letter------------if u are unlucky request her or his report by ringing pips in limavady-i know when i saw min e and the mandatory decision that came yesterday i wondered was at at a differant interview or assessment-now for me its onto tribunal appeal which i have been told will take at least 6 months-after 26 years on dla up before many dwp doctor examinations- over the years-medication of over 22 tabs a day and inhalers she more or less said there was nothing wrong with me -nil points all round0

sorry to hear your decision , I cant understand how they are able to do that to ppl, some of the capita assessments I have heard about are a disgrace, I am waiting on my decision and I am totally dreading it. its very stressful

I'm waiting on mandatory review decision at minute. Scared to ring0
-
Another week begins, another postman drop and still nothing! 8 weeks they have had my report, 9 weeks since f2f!0
-
Sorry you're still waiting @Bruno78, hopefully it won't be too much longer (although it does seem around 12 weeks is average at the moment). I hope you hear soon!0
-
I rang up dwp today but they still haven't received my assessment from capita, that was 3 weeks I had the assessment, rang capita after and they said it had went to audit whatever that means and thats there is no real timescale how long it will take at audit but hopefully not much longer. so frustraing.0
-
When an assessment report is chosen for audit it can delay the decision process significantly because there's no timescales how long it will be kept there. It's nothing for you to worry about, it just means the report is being checked. I've had reports chosen for audit in the past and the last time it happened it was there for just over 5 weeks.

Phoned yesterday, went from low rate DLA to enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility! Am actually in shock.4
-
That's great news @Bruno78, what a relief!1

Got my letter today, although I am obviously delighted with the award, the points are very strange. The sections I thought I would score high in are ridiculously low and got points elsewhere that I thought I had no chance with. Its a long award aswell. Think I will request my report for my own records.0
