    No idea because withdrawal can cause it I not had anything new thou mayb it healing process awful prickly and sore sometimes hives or like drawing blood on scratching had antihistamines still itchy

    Wish my whole withdrawal would stable specially my muscle wastage and no tone benzo belly etc awful making me feel hopeless is says online weight will stable after withdrawal my hair not grown either dry end damage thin

    My new fry pan don't make omelette very well disappointed still be ok. Cooking lamb then chop mango up to freeze. Made cherry smoothie with banana cherry drink made from. Shop though it be tasty. Yeah me had bad nite 2 hr sleep. Just rang support worker she call me soon. That lady lookin forward to come my wedding day I dance the feet of her lol. I msg bf am thru app he keep it unblock so I can msg morn and nite only until he call me.

    Mucus is bad last nite then was to hot. Been busy preparing food for freezer. Enjoying a relaxing afternoon.
