The survey is to gain information about children with CP and their behaviour from the parents perspective in order to complete our dissertation at York St John University.
The survey will be anonymous and there is no obligation to complete the survey.
There are some inclusion criteria which will be asked once the survey is accessed and this will either allow the parents to continue or take them to the end of the survey dependent upon their answers.
We estimate that the survey will take approx 10-15 minutes to complete and there is a full explanation of our research project upon accessing the link.

Thank you for your help.

Very disappointed to see that there is nothing at all about communication in this survey, which to my mind makes it useless!  Sorry.  There are HUGE impacts on some of the issues they ask about here if a child has little or no functional speech and/or no decent AAC.  TBH it shows a very scant knowledge of CP, for example asking if a child "squirms around a lot" or "fidgets and can't keep still"...if they have athetoid CP that's almost a given and doesn't actually indicate anything about the sorts of behavioural issues they seem to be asking about.

@forgoodnesssake I will pass on your valid comments to the researchers at York St.John. I will also ask for their response.
