Hi, my name is nogravy!

I just saw this really touching video on Facebook about invisible illness and it really resonated with me, except I don’t have a partner or friend to help me Day to day like the girl in the video did.

I must admit I'm partial to a Christmas movie, but not quite as much as the kids. I've had to put a ban on them being played before November or we'd be watching The Santa Clause, The Grinch and Elf all-year-round.

I’m sorry to hear you were not feeling well yesterday. Xmas shopping always offers a welcome distraction for me too. I completely understand what you mean about feeling lonely. I always intend to go out and socialise but I feel to tired in the evenings to do anything. I did have a physio appointment yesterday and I also went to train with my wheelchair Rugby club. Do you play any sports or belong to any clubs?
Are you able to do anything that lifts your spirits @Ails? Xx

I do Tai Chi which I absolutely love and it helps with my pain. I also knit, although I am not very good, but I do try and I really enjoy card making which I find really calming and it lifts my spirits a lot when I do it. Hope your day has been ok today. xx
