Hi there london80,
I have spina bifida and suffer from pain. Like you it hurts when I stand or sit. The thing that used to give me relief was walking but now I have cysts growing in spine which are growing and causing my legs to go numb. I can’t recommend medication as I’m not a doctor but what really helps me is that I have been taking CBD oil, which I have be taking for sometime, and combined with meditation and reading a book called rethinking pain, which is an eye opener this has helped a lot.0 -
HI and welcome,I'm one of the community champions here on scope. Unfortunately, because we are not medical professionals here then we don't be able to give you any medical advice. I'd advise you to speak to you GP regarding this.0

I was just wondering if anyone had any home remedies or tips on how they deal with pain or to help me feel less uncomfortable.0
