    May I just quickly ask, hopefully before your Dr rings you, are you getting any help with your depression & anxiety? thespiceman's links may also be worth looking into, which he gave above.

    No at the moment I haven't had any help because it's all self referral and I'm just tired and don't have the energy to converse with anyone

    Hi everyone just been to the Dr's again apparently I have

    sacroiliitis it's very painful I'm on antibiotics thankfully

    Oh thankyou so much Just eating and sleeping atm I really need some pain relief that will just take the pain away without knocking me out ?
