Hey folks! ?
My name is Ed, I'm part of a new (and 100% free) disabled dating app called Ellie ?
Ellie connects people with disabilities looking for love or friendship - all around the world. One week ago, we launched the first version and have had a great response so far - over 1500 signups, and some really lovely feedback.
If you'd like to download the app and check it out - here's the link: [removed by moderator]
If you have have a few extra mins, I'd also love to hear:
- What is important to you in a dating app/site?
- Your thoughts on how we can better connect with disabled communities all around the world to faster spread the word?
Many thanks, and much love ❤️
Ed

One problem I have is that it is not available from the App store?
-
@swilber - sorry to hear that - perhaps my link is country-specific. If you open the App Store on your phone and type in something like "Ellie Disabled Singles" it should show for you

Hi @edwardbeecroft. Welcome to the community and thanks for telling us about your app. It's a very interesting idea and it's great that it aims to connect people with disabilities, however we don't allow advertising on the community so I've had to remove the direct link from your post.
I'll leave your post up though in case any of our members want to help by answering your research questions.Community Manager

It is really positive to hear you are feeling so happy @ray56. Has anything, in particular, helped you to feel so happy?Community Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's. Pronouns: She/her.
