Nothing just had some porridge so that will keep me going till dinner

@janer1967 we all just had a kfc not that I could taste much of it!

I saw that we had some southern fried crispy chicken left in the freezer so I stuck that in the oven and made sandwiches out of it. Was so nice

I had a tuna salad and a donut
I probably should not have had the donut... -
I love KFC especially the gravy, just seen a new gravy burger box advertised on TV now that would be heaven

@janer1967 fries tub of gravy a kfc burger with hash brown cheese and sauce on and a mini fillet **** and a drink of coke

I had shavings of aged Cornish curds carefully pressed between two wafers of locally grown, delicately baked, wholewheat.
...Or a cheese sandwich in other words.

Oh my goodness @Iamstrong that sounds fantastic.
My housemate said that KFC have started selling 'gravynaise' (gravy mayonnaise)
I might have to try it -
As someone who has some form of cheese sandwich for lunch most days, I'm going to start using that @OverlyAnxious
