I did sign up but still have not been able to join in due to problems with medication, or even low mood. I do think it's great for clearing your mind. It might take a few goes but it does work.0

@Supernanma I'm sorry you have had difficulties joining in but it is great to hear you find it promising and helpful. We are currently recruiting for a follow-on study for a tailored mindfulness intervention for individuals with SCI so you may find this will be more helpful for you.
